Jason and Kristen Aarnio
Jason and Kristen Aarnio are the co-owners of Sandy Shores Property Services, providing home watch and concierge services in SWFL. Originally from Minnesota, they visited the Cape Coral area and instantly knew this was a great place to relocate their family to call it home. Jason has a 25-year background in both residential and commercial construction, as well as owning his own contracting company for over a decade in Minnesota. Since moving to Florida, Jason was excited to open his local contracting company servicing the Cape Coral and Fort Myers communities. Jason prides himself on the superior workmanship he provides his clients, as well as always being available to their needs. Kristen grew up in the construction industry, as her family owned construction companies in Minnesota. She has learned the ins and outs and the dedication and attention to detail needed to deliver high quality homes. After moving to Florida, she acquired her real estate license and practices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas. This has given her the experience and knowledge to work in the current housing market and provide the best services.
Luke & Erin Long
Luke and Erin Long are residents of Cape Coral and active members of the community they proudly call home, and they are thrilled to be partners in Sandy Shores Property Services. A Florida native, Luke brings approximately 16 years of expertise to the team as a construction Project Manager and Estimator. With degrees from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, he has built his career on a foundation of professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional care. Erin complements the team with 15 years of dedicated customer service experience and as the owner of her own successful hair styling and makeup company. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and is committed to treating every home with the same level of care and attention as her own, ensuring a dependable, thorough, and responsive service. Together, they deeply understand the importance of trust, clear communication, and delivering personalized care. Outside of their professional lives, Luke and Erin apply their trademark dedication to family, fitness, health, and relationships, and they love raising their young son in Southwest Florida. They are passionate about providing their neighbors with the highest standard of trustworthy home watch and concierge services.
